It doesn't replace great writing, acting, music, or direction, and it never will. What it can do is help keep budgets within reach, so more creators get the chance to make a living from their work.

What is a microdrama?

A story told in short video episodes, usually 1 to 2 minutes each. Follow the same characters from one episode to the next. Watch a little on a break, or settle in for more.

Can I submit my own microdrama?

Yes. If you control the rights, you can submit a short drama, vertical movie, micro-movie, or AI-made series.

Does HeyRuby allow AI-generated shows?

Yes. Human-made, AI-assisted, and AI-generated microdramas are welcome when rights are controlled.

What can I watch here?

Romance, comedy, thrillers, reality, horror, sci-fi, fantasy, crime, action, rom-coms, and more.

What can I watch for free?

The first 3 episodes of every show are free, no account needed. Create a free account and the first 5 episodes are free, and new accounts get 200 free Tickets to start. After that, you unlock episodes with Tickets.

How does pricing work?

After the free episodes, you unlock episodes with Tickets. The monthly plan is $9.99 for 1,000 Tickets, billed every month, and you can cancel anytime. Extra packs of 1,000 Tickets are $14.99. When you choose an episode or a bundle, you see the Ticket cost before unlocking it. There are no ads.
